EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT

Gladly we can arrange an »Early Check-in« or a »Late Check-out«, if the apartments are available. If you want to extend your stay, please contact us a few days before your arrival or departure. We charge € 20 for this service.

DOGS ARE WELCOME

Our four-legged guests are welcome. We provide a dog blanket, a stainless steel bowl and reserve "dog waste bags". Our Schladming-Dachstein region is ideal for long walks and hikes in nature, along river banks or spectacular gorges. Costs € 15 per day and per pet, bookable directly online or on arrival.

E-BIKE RENTAL

Choose one of the many mountain biking or cycling tours in Schladming-Dachstein and enjoy the breathtaking mountain experiences. For our guests we provide E-bikes during the summer season from size S-L (from a height of 1,45m). Booking is done online or in our office, subject to availability.

Children up to 12 years: € 10

SKIPASS SERVICE IN WINTER

Ski passes for the ski area can be buyed directly at the reception for cash. In the off season you can buy reduced ski passes at the reception starting from a 3-day ski pass (5-day ski pass in January).

LAUNDRY SERVICE/TOWEL CHANGE

The laundry package which is included in the price consist of a pillow cover, blanket cover, sheet as well a big and a small towel, sauna towel with bath robe and sauna slippers such as bath mat and a dish cloth. Normally there is no changing of the bed lines and towels during your stay, however, you are welcome to pick up a free change of towels (sauna towel, bath towel, small towel) at reception once during your stay. You will receive a voucher card upon arrival.

LAUNDRY ROOM

On the ground floor of the CHALETS COBURG you can find a washing machine and a dryer which are available with coin draw.
Cost per wash / drying € 1.00. 

RENTALSERVICE FOR IRONING BOARD AND IRON

You can borrow an ironing board and an iron at the reception for a deposit of € 10,-

TRANSFER AND CAR RENTAL SERVICE

Our staff will pick you up at the train station (max. 4 persons) in Schladming for free and they will also organize the transfer to the airport. For business- excursion – or shopping trips our taxi partners are always at your disposal. As a matter of course we also offer short trip transfer – if we have the availability.

SHOPPING SERVICE

To give you more time for your holidays, we are happy to fill your fridge with food or drinks. We shop for you! Upon arrival, your fridge is filled with items you order in advance. Please contact our reception.

BABY COT & HIGH CHAIRS

We provide cots and high chairs for our guests, for free. We do not provide children's bed linen.

MASSAGE

We would be happy to make an appointment for you. We ask you to announce the desired massage early enough at the reception. The "Erlebnisbad Schladming" is your place of relaxation.

CATERING

In cooperation with the restaurant "Julius" we can offer you a "catering service". The delivery of the dishes takes place directly in your apartment. For a special dinner in your apartment, we offer you our own kitchen and service team that stages an unforgettable experience right in your apartment. PETS

Dog sets (bowls and drinking bowl) can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit of € 20.00. You can also buy "dog waste bag" at the reception. Cost per dog and day: € 10, -
