Signature Breakfast with Superfood
Breakfast at Chalets Coburg is consciously more than a classic buffet. It is a lovingly designed start to the day – fresh, healthy, protein-rich, and with a strong sense of quality, enjoyment, and individuality. Our guests decide for themselves how their breakfast should look. In the smaller apartments, our signature breakfast is included, while in the larger apartments, it can be booked flexibly. At the same time, all apartments have their own kitchen. Those who wish can prepare breakfast privately, use our bread roll service , or have breakfast delivered directly to the apartment – ideal for quiet morning hours, plenty of privacy, or when the dog should not be left alone.
What makes our breakfast special is the combination of healthy variety, freshness, and personality. Look forward to protein-rich options, fresh egg dishes, bowls, creative salads, vegan and vegetarian specialties, ginger shots, as well as vegetable and fruit juices that you can prepare fresh yourself. Many of our guests say they have never experienced a breakfast with this freshness, variety, and creativity in Schladming.
A special highlight is our freshly prepared egg dishes, lovingly made by Aury according to your wishes. Additionally, there are daily new specials prepared by the head chef Maria – experimental, loving, and with a keen sense for taste, quality, and healthy enjoyment.
We consciously focus on high-quality products from local businesses: fine oils and vinegars from Fandler and Gölles, selected local and oriental spices and salts, fresh bread from Steffl-Bäck, baked at night – not reheated, but truly fresh and crispy. This is complemented by chutneys, creative details, and much inspiration from selected cookbooks, which are also available for reading in our lounge library .

Planaihof
- At 1820m above sea level
- In the summit area of Planai, right next to ski slope 7a and the Planaibahn, lies the Planaihof, high above the beautiful Ennstal
- Access: by car via Planaistraße (toll road - free for hotel guests), by the 10-person gondola Planai or by the ski bus that runs 3 times daily

Tauernalm
- The Tauernalm is located directly at the Hochwurzen gondola station and at the end point of the illuminated natural toboggan run.

Eiskarhütte
- In winter, the most beautiful slopes with the best snow invite you to perfect skiing enjoyment! The Eiskarhütte is located near the mountain station of the 4-person chairlift "Sepp´n Jet".
