Several times a day, for free and for every level: Our yoga and fitness sessions are the perfect balance before or after an active day in the mountains. With a view, good vibes, and varied sessions, it can be gentle or powerful – just as it fits. With our experienced yoga teacher by your side, small groups, and a lot of sensitivity for individual needs, each session will be personal and special. What to expect

A unique offering in Schladming with free yoga and fitness classes several times a day, tailored to summer and winter as well as your activities in the mountains – from skiing and biking to hiking and regeneration. Additionally, there is a modern gym, personal guidance, and individual sessions indoors or outdoors.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga aims to bring body and mind into balance through physical exercises, breathing techniques, and mindful awareness. It is often practiced at a slower pace, allowing participants to hold positions longer to develop strength, flexibility, and stability while promoting a calm, focused state of mind. Kristina is a certified health coach, yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a spa therapist with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. Originally from Canada, Kristina has worked in the wellness field in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. With a lifelong passion for holistic well-being and an empathetic, joyful nature, Kristina loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. She has dedicated her entire career to helping people reconnect with their best selves.

Depending on the weather and individual wishes, the sessions take place in the gym, at the outdoor yoga spot, or at a location of your choice.
